Websites & Support for UK Service Professionals and Trades
websites that bring enquiries and make running your business easier

From invisible to visible
Most service businesses don’t struggle because their work isn’t good enough. They struggle because their website doesn’t clearly explain what they do or what happens next.
Referrals still matter, but most people will look you up before they get in touch. If your website feels unclear or outdated, people hesitate or move on.
DESIGN IT UK connects your brand to the right people so they clearly understand what you do and feel confident getting in touch.
Not sure what you need yet?
Discover How We Can Help YouThis is what changes when a website is set up to support how your business actually works, not just how it looks on the surface.
A Website People Understand
People should know what you do within seconds, not have to work it out. Simple structure and plain language help visitors understand your services and what to do next.
A First Impression You Can Stand Behind
Your website should reflect the quality of your work. A clear, professional setup reassures people they’re dealing with someone reliable before they ever get in touch.
Less Admin Behind the Scenes
A reliable setup helps enquiries, follow-ups, and day-to-day admin run more smoothly, so fewer things get missed and less time is spent going back and forth.
Built Around How You Work
Your website and systems should fit your business, not force you into something unfamiliar. Everything is shaped around how you work day to day, so it feels joined-up and manageable.
Confidence in Your Website
Knowing your website is set up properly means fewer doubts and more confidence sharing your link with others who inturn recommend and refer your business sending more people your way.
More Visibility Online
A clear website makes it easier for search engines, AI and people to understand what you offer, so the right enquiries reach you instead of moving on to another business.
Putting the Right Structure in Place
Whether you’re starting from scratch or improving what you already have, we’ll help you put the right structure in place so your website supports your business properly and enquiries don’t get missed.
How a Support Day Works
Support Days are structured working sessions delivered remotely via Zoom.
Instead of dragging work out over weeks, you get dedicated time to address the right priorities properly, with everything agreed in advance and no wasted effort.
The aim is simple: focused progress, without the stress or uncertainty of a long project.
From here, you can either take things forward yourself, book a follow-up session, or ask us to continue managing the system for you.
Start with a Clarity Call
We begin with a 30-minute call to understand your business, what’s getting in the way, and what you want to improve.
This helps confirm whether a Support Day is the right fit or if a different approach would be better.
Kick-Off Call & Preparation
If a Support Day is a good fit, we book a short Kick-Off Call in advance.
We’ll agree priorities, review what needs to be ready, and set a realistic plan for the day so everything stays focused once work begins.
Your Support Day
Your Support Day runs remotely within a structured working window.
Work follows the agreed plan, with quick check-ins if needed, without constant interruptions. The focus is on steady progress on what matters most.
Review & follow-up
After the session, you’ll receive a clear summary of what’s been completed, including a 7-day window for Q&A support (up to 2 hours total).
What happens next
If more work is needed, you can book another Support Day or a Follow-Up Half Day when it makes sense.
There are no retainers or long-term commitments. Many clients return as their business grows.

Frequently Asked Questions
These FAQs cover how Support Days work, what preparation looks like, and what to expect if you decide to move forward.
How do I know if I need a Support Day or something more involved?
Most clients start with a Clarity Call. We’ll look at what’s currently causing you issues, what can realistically be resolved in a focused session, and whether a Support Day is the right fit or if a more structured piece of work makes sense.
You don’t need to decide before we talk. The purpose of the call is to help you make the right choice before committing to anything.
How does a Support Day work?
A Support Day is a planned working session focused on improving your website and how enquiries are handled day to day.
Work is carried out remotely within a structured working window, with priorities agreed in advance so time is spent on what matters most. All work is delivered remotely via Zoom.
How much can realistically be done in a day?
This depends on the type of work, preparation, and priorities.
Support Days are designed for solid progress on the right things, not rushing through a long list. The goal is meaningful improvement rather than trying to do everything at once.
What if I don’t have a website or enquiry system yet?
That’s absolutely fine. Some clients come to us with an existing website or enquiry setup, others don’t.
If there isn’t a suitable foundation in place yet, we’ll start by putting the right setup in place during a Support Day or as part of a focused build. Once that’s done, we can either hand things over or continue supporting you, depending on what makes most sense.
